- SHIPPING COSTS:

Inside of Sweden: Standard shipping cost i free for order over  ~ 130 €
Less than that, the shipping cost is ~ 7 €

Outside of Sweden: Standard shipping cost is free for orders over ~ 130 €
Less than that, the shipping cost is ~ 35 €

OBS. Free shipping for samples and we send the samples by DHL

- DELIVERY TIME &  DELIVERY ZONE:

Orders are shipped two working days following the day you place your order.

We deliver the order to service point closest to your address.

the order will be sent to the delivery address mentioned by you the at the time of order checkout.

Outside EU we ship to: USA, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain, Morocco, Japan, India, Singapore, Malaysia.

- RETURNS POLICY:

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you change your mind, you have a legal right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive the products.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us at email address shown below , giving details of the products ordered and order number.

All products must be returned in unused condition.
If we have sent the wrong product to you, we will pay the cost to return it to Victoria Perfume AB.
It is not possible to return products purchased online to any of our partnered retail shops such as an airport or department store,, and should be returned directly to us.
